Baby A Newborn Session- Newborn Photographer West Hartford, CT

Since I don’ t blog nearly as often as I should, I thought it would be good to share a little sample from one of my recent newborn sessions. Here is the adorable Baby A and her very first photo shoot. She was just the sweetest little thing and we had tons of great shots of her from the session, but these are just a few of my personal favorites…enjoy!

The S Family Session- Family Portraits West Hartford, Connecticut

I always love when I get to photograph my friends and their families, so I was very happy to have one of my good friends from college come up this past weekend for a photo session with her husband and their two beautiful little girls. Despite the very chilly temps, we were still able to get some great photos of the family and the girls as well.

Here are a few of my favorites from our session together:

Four Sibling Session- West Hartford Family Photographer

Just had a fun, after school photo session with 4 adorable siblings who were returning for their second fall shoot with me. We were able to find a few spots with some colorful foliage still and luckily it wasn’t too cold either. Seems like we went straight from summer to winter this year!

Here are a few of my favorite shots from our session:

Cove Session 2017- Family Photographer Wethersfield CT

Okay, I have to admit that I’ve gotten sooooo bad about posting previews lately! It is just such a busy time of year between fall photo sessions (that seem to feel a lot more like spring sessions these days with this crazy weather!) and also the constant hustle and bustle of back to school time as well. But today, I have decided to take a few minutes to share one of my recent sessions with you…This adorable family of three booked what we thought would be the peak foliage weekend of the year, but instead, it felt (and looked) a lot more like a session would in May….green leaves, short sleeves, and very few fall colors! However, we were lucky to not have freezing cold fingers or runny noses from the chill of fall, so in that sense, we did get pretty lucky ๐Ÿ™‚ But what we lacked in foliage, we made up for in amazing photos that captured some adorable moments and perfect photos for those holiday photo cards.

Here are a few of my favorites from this session:

Mom and Her Boys- West Hartford Family Photographer- Family Portraits

I had the opportunity recently to photograph a mom and her two adorable boys in the park. It was so fun to watch the boys as they made each other laugh, climbed trees, explored under rocks… They were full of fun and energy, which makes for a very enjoyable shoot. Lots of fun moments to capture!

The G Family Session- Family Photographers Hartford, CT

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to take some family portraits for one of my returning clients and their beautiful daughters at their home. We got many great shots, but my favorites were of the girls together. Despite their age difference, you can just see that they have a tremendous amount of love for each other….very sweet to see ๐Ÿ™‚

Here are a few of my favorite from our session…

The L Family Session- Family Portraits Hartford, CT

Just met with a wonderful family of four this past weekend for a portrait session in the park. The two little ones in our crew were so adorable and gave me lots of sweet moments to capture throughout our session. I wish I could share all of them, but I will share just a few of my favorites from our session….Enjoy!

Three Generations Photo Shoot- West Hartford Family Photographer- Portraits 2017

I had the pleasure of doing a three generations family session at the beautiful Elizabeth Park a couple of weeks ago. The roses were in bloom and providing the perfect setting for our shoot. Here are a few of my favorite photos from this multi-generation shoot in the park:

Communion Photos- West Hartford, CT

Just had a communion session last week and these are always one of my favorite types of sessions. I love shooting in an empty church when everything is quiet and calm. The way the light filters in through the windows….it just makes you feel that special connection to God that you don’t often feel in other settings. I also think it is so nice to be able to do these photos on a different day than the actual ceremony. There is always so much going on that day and so many distractions. It is nice to take the time on a separate day to focus just on the child and his or her special moment in time. Here are a few of my favorites from this particular session:

Baby Z- 3 Month Session- Baby Photography West Hartford, CT

Hi all-

I’m officially on my way out of hibernation again! Spring is here, and though I’ve still been doing shoots throughout the winter, I do dial back my work schedule significantly during that season and spend some time focusing on family and other things that I don’t have time for during the other three busy seasons of the year. But the time has come to refocus my energy on work and my clients, so here are some samples from my most recent session with 3 month old Baby Z and her family!

These areย a few of my favorites:
